Farmaindustria is a National Association of Pharmaceutical Industry Entrepreneurs. It has been established in Spain and gathers a great majority of Pharmaceutical Laboratories which account for practically the total sale of prescription medicines in Spain.

The Ministry of Health, Social Policy and Equality of the government of Spain is responsible for the government’s health, sanitary planning and assistance and consumption policies. In addition, it is empowered by the General State Administration to ensure the citizens’ right to healthcare.

Furthermore, it proposes and implements the Government´s policy in terms of unity and social inclusion of families, child protection and assistance to dependants and disabled.
