Leading millenials

The so called net generation, generation Y, “millenials”, people born between 1980 and 2000, are nowadays joining the labor force bringing about a cultural change in companies and in team management ways.
Leaders will have to step up to the challenge of not only incorporating a new management approach for these fellow workers but also reaching a balance among the multiple profiles coexisting in teams, understanding their individual values and the different perspectives of each generation.
